Our Story

Burne, then bloom

Burne & Bloom started the way most good small businesses do: making something for ourselves, then making too much of it.

The name carries the two halves of what we do — Burne for the candles and the fire that shapes them, Bloom for the botanicals that go into the soaps and everything that comes after. (And yes, the "e" is on purpose — it's how you find us at burne.co.)

Today it's soaps and candles. Next it's specialty oils and other small goods for the bath and the home — same batches, same standards.
